I wanted to take this opportunity to reach out to you and simply say hello! It has been way too long since we have been able to gather at the many coveted RCA events we host each year and enjoy all that Rowayton has to offer to our community.
WOW…YOU WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR BUNDLE UP!
Bundle Up Rowayton was a huge success! We filled more than 12 trucks worth of winter clothing, jackets, hats, gloves, blankets, and towels for Norwalk’s Open Door Shelter!

Drum roll…our first blog post! How very 2021 of us…
This Saturday, January 9th, from 10:00am-2:00pm, the RCA will host its first event of 2021…and boy are we excited! Bundle Up Rowayton is held at The Community Center Moose Room, this year featuring a CONTACTLESS drop off where residents can donate their lightly used winter gear and clothing to benefit The Open Door Shelter in Norwalk. The RCA has gathered as many as 100 industrial sized bags in years past, so let’s get out there and make a difference!
The Open Door Shelter is looking for all articles of clothing and winter outdoor gear, but particularly for children’s outer wear and winter boots of all sizes.
